Since bringing home their first Akita puppy in 1980, Susan and Ira Moss have been passionate about helping pets live healthy, vibrant lives. From the show ring, they learned that glossy coats and bright eyes start with premium diets and supplements.
When one of their Akitas was diagnosed with cancer, a holistic vet recommended a raw food diet that restored their dog’s health. Inspired by this transformation, they opened their first store in 1985 on Lake City Way to share top-quality foods, supplements, and the latest in pet nutrition.
Susan and Ira’s son Josh has taken a leading role in the business, along with Jim Castleberry, who has decades of experience in the pet industry. All The Best Pet Care continues to be committed to providing products selected with uncompromising standards.
All The Best’s locally owned natural pet food stores in 18 locations now serve the Ballard, Capitol Hill, Central District, Columbia City, Greenwood/Crown Hill, Lake City/Maple Leaf, Madison Valley, Queen Anne, and Wallingford neighborhoods in Seattle, as well as the cities of Bellevue, Burien, Edmonds, Kenmore, Kirkland, Issaquah, Mercer Island, Redmond, and West Seattle.
