Winners will be drawn at random. Winners will be notified by Facebook or Instagram message by June 7, 2019. Prize must be picked up in person at an All The Best store within 30 days.
Entries must be submitted between 12:01 AM May 2, 2019, and 11:59 PM PST May 31, 2019. We ask that PRIVATE accounts are made PUBLIC during the giveaway in order to be entered. - General Description of the Contest. The All The Best Pet Care Eat Well, Have Fun Contest (the “Contest”) offers participants a chance to win $300 worth of Bixbi Rawbble dog food or $300 worth of Ruffwear dog accessories.
- Date/Eligibility. The Contest begins May 2, 2019, at 8:00 AM PST and ends May 31, 2019, at 11:59 PM PST. All The Best Pet Care (ATB) may change the dates or terms of the Contest, including canceling the Contest, without prior notice. Any material changes will be posted online at www.allthebestpetcare.com (the “Site”). The Contest is open to all legal Washington State residents eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, residing within the State of Washington. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase a contestant’s chance of winning. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees or agents of ATB, any entity associated with the sponsorship or administration of the Contest, as well as members of the same household of the employee or agent, may not participate.

- This contest awards two separate prizes.
$300 worth of any combination of Bixbi Rawbble dog food will be awarded in the Contest as one of the prizes.
The second prize is a Ruffwear dog gear prize pack which includes an Approach pack, Stumptown jacket, Hoopie collar, Front Range harness, Knot-a-Long leash, and Float Coat, up to $300 value.
Prizes do not include taxes, delivery, or any other cost or expense not expressly described in these rules. The prizes must be picked up within 30 days at an All The Best Pet Care store listed on their website at www.allthebestpetcare.com/locations. ATB reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of comparable value should the original prize be unavailable, regardless of the reason. Prizes are not transferable, subject to substitution by the contestant or redeemable for cash. Prize winners will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and may receive an IRS Form 1099-Misc.
- Conditions/Restrictions. In exchange for the right to participate in the Contest, each contestant agrees to release and indemnify ATB, Bixbi, and Ruffwear, and the officers, directors, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries and employees of ATB and Bixbi and Ruffwear, for, from and against any and all claims, demands or causes of action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of the contestant’s participation in the Contest.
Anyone using fraudulent means to participate in or win the Contest will be subject to disqualification. ATB and Bixbi and Ruffwear are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone or other transmission failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, regardless of cause. ATB reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug, or other problem beyond the control of ATB corrupt the administration, security, or proper execution of the Contest.
7. License to Submissions. Your submission must be your original creation and owned one hundred percent (100%) by you. You must be the dog or cat’s owner.
8. General Terms and Conditions. The Contest and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Washington. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and municipal laws and is void where prohibited. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, LLC, Facebook, Inc., or other social media sites. You understand that by sharing a Submission on Facebook or Instagram, you are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies that govern the use of www.facebook.com and/or www.instagram.com. You should therefore review the applicable terms and policies for www.facebook.com and www.instagram.com, including privacy and data gathering practices, before using or interacting with Facebook or Instagram. Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect. Sponsor shall not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged or misdirected entries and accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from an entrant’s participation in this Contest. ATB reserves the right to amend these Official Rules or to terminate this Contest.
By entering the Contest, you release ATB and Bixbi and Ruffwear from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use the prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. By entering, entrants certify that they have complied with these Official Rules and are eligible to win.
