WHY ISN’T MY PASSWORD WORKING?

When setting up an account, Word Press requires a highly secure password. If your password is not strong, you will receive a message that says “Create account password is a required field.” The password should be at least twelve characters long. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped by the next business day. For orders under a pound, we ship using USPS First-Class Mail® Parcel service (2-5) days. For orders over a pound, we ship via USPS Parcel Select® Ground service (2-9 days). You will receive an email with a tracking number the day your order is shipped.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, OR TO ALASKA OR HAWAII?

We ship to the USA only, and are not able to ship to Alaska or Hawaii. If you have questions about this, email orders@allthebestpetcare.com

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is $5 flat rate per order, and orders over $50 receive free shipping.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders move to processing within 30 minutes, so you cannot cancel after that time.
