Why isn’t my password working?

When setting up an account, Word Press requires a highly secure password. If your password is not strong, you will receive a message that says “Create account password is a required field.” The password should be at least twelve characters long. When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped by the next business day. For orders under a pound, we ship using USPS First-Class Mail® Parcel service (2-5) days. For orders over a pound, we ship via USPS Parcel Select® Ground service (2-9 days). You will receive an email with a tracking number the day your order is shipped.

Do you ship internationally, or to Alaska or Hawaii?

We are able to ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.

What is your return policy?

Can I use a coupon or gift card?

Coupons and gift cards are valid in stores only.

Will I receive Healthy Rewards Points?

Only in-store purchases accrue Healthy Rewards points.

Why can’t I find a product that’s available in your stores?

We carry thousands of products in our Seattle area stores. Because some of the items we carry are not widely available, we offer them on this website to those who are not near an All The Best store.
