Nationwide Shipping Return Policy

What is your return policy?

All merchandise is 100% guaranteed. We’re happy to accept exchanges or returns for opened or unopened items within 60 days of delivery. Items must be accompanied with an order confirmation receipt.

Please note that gift cards are not returnable.

To return an item, send it in the original packaging along with the emailed order confirmation receipt to:

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs.

If you have received an item in error or the item was received damaged or defective, please contact orders@allthebestpetcare.com and we will arrange to send you a pre-paid call tag.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email verification notifying you about the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company – ­it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
